Jewish Learning
Jewish Learning
Union College Hillel offers a learning cohort every term from curriculum developed by Hillel International's Jewish Learning Fellowship team as well the the Kol Yisrael team. The cohorts, which are ten and six sessions respectively, engage students in big questions, such as Ancient Jewish Wisdom for Wellness, or Zionism(s). In the spring of 2024 we will be offering a Kol Yisrael class created in response to the terror attack of October 7th, " Peoplehood, Resilience, and Antisemitism." Chevruta style learning and a relational meal are core to these sessions. Students are rewarded with an honorarium at the end of the term!
